Labour Department Services Suspended on July 30 and 31 for System Maintenance

The Department of Labour has announced that several public services will be temporarily unavailable on July 30 and 31 due to essential maintenance work on its computer systems.

According to a notice issued by the Department, services connected to the Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) data system and the Digital EPF system will not be available during this period.

The temporary suspension will affect services provided at the Department’s Head Office, as well as regional, district, and sub-labour offices across the country.

The Department stated that services including benefit payments and registrations will also be suspended during the two-day maintenance period.

Individuals who have already obtained appointments for July 30 and 31 have been advised that they may visit the relevant labour office on any working day within one month to obtain the required services.
