A technical advisory committee has been appointed to the Ministry of Youth and Sports for the development of cricket in the country.
Sri Lanka Cricket announced today that the members of the ‘Cricket Committee’ were appointed taking into consideration the recommendations made by the Minister of Youth and Sports, Namal Rajapaksa.
The Committee will advise the Minister, officials and the National Sports Council on all matters pertaining to Sri Lanka Cricket.
Accordingly, the new ‘Cricket Committee’ of Sri Lanka Cricket comprises the following members.
- Aravinda de Silva
- Roshan Mahanama
- Muttiah Muralitharan
- Kumar Sangakkara
