Eligible students have until September 27, 2026, to submit their applications.
Students who sat for the G.C.E. Advanced Level examination in 2023, 2024 or 2025 and obtained at least three ‘S’ passes are eligible to apply for the scheme.
Applicants are also required to have obtained at least an ‘S’ pass in English at either the G.C.E. Advanced Level or Ordinary Level examination, as well as a minimum of 30 marks in the General Common Test.
Applicants must be 25 years of age or below as of September 27, 2026, in addition to meeting the other eligibility requirements stipulated under the scheme.
The programme offers students the opportunity to pursue more than 129 degree programmes through 16 degree-awarding institutions.
The available programmes cover a range of fields, including Engineering Technology, Information Technology, Science, Commerce, and Humanities and Social Sciences.
The interest-free loan scheme is intended to provide eligible students with opportunities to pursue higher education through the participating degree-awarding institutions.
