The G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination and the Grade 5 Scholarship Examination will be conducted as planned, authorities announced.
The decision was made during a special meeting held yesterday with the participation of officials from the Disaster Management Centre (DMC), Department of Examinations, National Building Research Organisation (NBRO), and other relevant institutions.
Officials said the examinations would continue according to the scheduled dates as current weather forecasts do not indicate any major adverse conditions during the examination period.
They further stated that the situation would be closely monitored, and necessary steps would be taken if there are any changes in weather conditions.
