The Supreme Court today (05) dismissed, without taking up for consideration, a Fundamental Rights petition seeking an order to postpone the 2026 G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination.
The petition was filed by five students who are scheduled to sit for the examination for the first and second time, according to Ada Derana.
The dismissal means that the request made through the Fundamental Rights petition will not be considered by the Supreme Court.
