Ms. L. S. I. Jayaratne, who currently serves as the Senior Deputy Auditor General, has received approval yesterday (03) for appointment to the post of Auditor General.
The approval was granted at the meeting of the Constitutional Council held yesterday.
Accordingly, the Constitutional Council has unanimously approved the nomination of Ms. L. S. I. Jayaratne for the position.
