Shiranthi Rajapaksa, spouse of former President Mahinda Rajapaksa, visited the Financial Crimes Investigation Division (FCID) today to provide a statement concerning alleged financial irregularities connected to the Siriliya funds.
She had initially been scheduled to appear before the FCID on 27 January 2026. Through her legal representatives, she requested a two-week postponement, citing her inability to attend on the original date.
